目的研究微肥配比对附子生长及产量的影响。方法以毛茛科植物乌头为试验材料,采用均匀设计,研究不同的锌、硼、铁、锰配比下附子的生长及产量状况。结果锌、硼、铁、锰配比为4∶1∶1∶2是促进附子生长和提高附子产量的最佳配比。该配比条件下,附子的株高和叶干质量较对照有所降低,茎粗、须根数、须根长、子根体积及茎、须根、母根干质量均比对照有所增加,且显著或极显著高于其他肥料配比,其中须根和母根干质量较对照处理分别增加了24.5%和25.9%。相关性分析表明,株高与附子单株产量呈显著负相关,而须根、母根干质量与单株产量呈显著正相关。结论从促进营养器官生长而提高附子产量的角度来说,锌、硼、铁、锰(4∶1∶1∶2)为最佳配比。
Objective To study the effect of the ratio of trace fertilizer on the growth and yield of aconite. Methods Using Ranunculaceae aconite as test material, the uniform design was used to study the growth and yield status of Aconite under different zinc, boron, iron and manganese ratios. Results The ratio of zinc, boron, iron and manganese of 4:1:1:1: is the best proportion to promote the growth of aconite and increase the production of aconite. Under this condition, the plant height and leaf dry mass of A. monkshood decreased, the stem diameter, number of fibrous roots, length of fibrous roots, root volume and dry weight of stem, fibrous roots and root increased more than those of the control Or significantly higher than that of other fertilizers, in which the dry weight of fibrous roots and roots increased by 24.5% and 25.9% respectively compared with the control. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between plant height and the yield of A. monkshood, while the dry weight of the root and root tuber was positively correlated with the yield per plant. Conclusions Zinc, boron, iron and manganese (4:1:1:1:2) are the best ratio in terms of promoting the growth of vegetative organs and increasing the production of.
