北冬虫夏草(CS-4)富含虫草多糖、虫草酸、腺苷类物质等多种生物活性成分,是野生冬虫夏草最佳的替代品,试验建立了一种超声-微波联合提取法,辅助HPLC测定CS-4菌丝体冻干粉中腺苷类活性成分。结果表明:用料液比1︰300(g/m L)的蒸馏水超声提取15 min,440 W微波提取6 min,腺苷类物质的提取率高达61.24%。经HPLC检测,对菌丝体冻干粉中5种生物活性成分(胞苷、尿嘧啶、尿苷、腺苷和虫草素)进行了定性定量分析,含量分别为92.54μg/g,305.79μg/g,1.79 mg/g,785.85μg/g和695.64μg/g。
Cordyceps sinensis (CS-4) is rich in Cordyceps polysaccharides, Cordyceps acid, adenosine substances and other bioactive ingredients, is the best alternative to wild Cordyceps sinensis, the test established a combination of ultrasound - microwave extraction, assisted by HPLC CS-4 mycelium freeze-dried powder adenosine active ingredients. The results showed that the extraction rate of adenosine was up to 61.24% with 15 min extraction with distilled water of 1: 300 (g / mL) and 6 min with 440 W microwave irradiation. The content of five bioactive components (cytidine, uracil, uridine, adenosine and cordycepin) in the mycelium freeze-dried powder were determined by HPLC. The contents of the five bioactive components were 92.54μg / g and 305.79μg / g, 1.79 mg / g, 785.85 μg / g and 695.64 μg / g.
