每逢节假日、店庆、开业等特殊日子,商家会推出名目繁多的促销活动,而在各种宣传单或广告牌的最不起眼处,往往附以“本次活动的最终解释权归本店(商场)所有”。“最终解释权”本应是公正、准确的,应当力求避免消费者误解,但事实上总会成为商家推卸责任的挡箭牌。它的存在给我国的广大消费者和市场经济带来了不同程度的危害。因此,规制这一行为势在必行。
