由于发动机滑油弯管卡箍的运用范围大多数在飞机的发动机上,因此发动机滑油弯管卡箍的质量直接影响飞机的飞行安全。发动机滑油弯管卡箍在飞机发动机上最重要的作用就是衬垫。而带垫卡箍是一类将飞机中各类管路线连接卡紧或固定在相应的结构上的通用零件,金属卡箍和衬垫是带垫卡箍的组成结构。由于带橡胶衬垫卡箍上普遍都包有橡胶层,橡胶层能够有效的避免金属卡箍之间的摩擦碰撞,因此可以有效的防止卡箍磨损管路和电线电缆。然而,由于橡胶材料具有不耐高温、不耐老化的特点,因此,带电卡箍普遍使用周期不长。文章主要通过对发动机滑油系统的组成部分及重要作用、发动机滑油弯管卡箍故障的试验、试验结果的分析总结以及提出发动机滑油弯管卡箍的改进措施四个方面为发动机滑油弯管卡箍故障及处理分析进行总结。
