科学、严谨、合理的基础处理试验得出的试验数据能够有效指导施工,即保证了建筑物基础处理的质量,又能有效降低施工成本。文章结合兰河涵洞渡式渡槽槽基础处理CFG桩具体工程,水泥粉煤灰碎石桩桩径采用500 mm,用长螺旋钻机成孔及泵送混合料灌注,CFG桩垂直度容许偏差≤1%,桩位容许偏差≤0.40倍桩径;灌注水泥粉煤灰碎石混合料,泵送混合料配合比坍落度分别为180~195 mm,拔管速度控制在2.50~2.70m/min进行施工。各项指标达到设计要求,运行良好。
Scientific, rigorous and reasonable basic processing test data obtained from the test can effectively guide the construction, that is, to ensure the quality of the basic building treatment, but also effectively reduce construction costs. In this paper, CFG pile concrete is treated with foundation of aqueduct channel in Lanhe Culvert. The diameter of cement fly ash gravel pile is 500 mm. The long auger drilling machine is used to fill holes and pump the mixture. The allowable deviation of verticality of CFG pile is ≤1 %, Pile allowable deviation ≤0.40 times pile diameter; perfusion of cement fly ash gravel mixture, the pump mix slump were 180 ~ 195 mm, extubation speed control at 2.50 ~ 2.70m / min construction. The indicators meet the design requirements, work well.
