针对目前电梯液压缓冲器复位传统检测方法效率低、准确度差等不足,设计了一种基于激光技术的电梯液压缓冲器动态跟踪检测的方法及仪器。该仪器采用激光测距技术,对激光测距信号进行采集和分析,完成液压缓冲器压缩行程和复位时间的测量,实现了液压缓冲器复位过程的动态监测及结果的自动计算。经现场试验表明,该仪器可以自动显示压缩行程、复位时间和绘制复位过程中的运动曲线,提高了测量精度和效率,为液压缓冲器的隐患检测提供参考。
Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor accuracy of the traditional hydraulic shock absorber reset detection methods, a method and an instrument for dynamic tracking detection of elevator hydraulic shock absorber based on laser technology are designed. The instrument uses laser ranging technology to collect and analyze the laser ranging signal and complete the measurement of the compression stroke and reset time of the hydraulic shock absorber. The dynamic monitoring of the hydraulic shock absorber reset process and the automatic calculation of the result are realized. The field test shows that the instrument can automatically display the compression stroke, reset time and plotting the movement curve during the reset process, which improves the measurement accuracy and efficiency and provides a reference for the hidden fault detection of hydraulic shock absorber.
