目的:探讨持续性人文关怀对ICU艾滋病患者的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年4月由外院转入感染一科的ICU艾滋病患者共120例,其中以2014年1月-8月收治的患者为对照组,以2014年9月-2015年4月收治的患者为观察组。患者入院后由护士长和高责护士对患者及家属提供持续性人文关怀服务,包括情感支持、生活照顾及疾病知识讲解等,直至转出ICU后由高责护士对患者进行问卷调查,并评价患者的抑郁、焦虑、疾病知晓率以及满意度情况。结果:实施持续人文关怀后,观察组发生抑郁焦虑情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组对艾滋病的知晓率和护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在ICU期间,通过对艾滋病患者及家属实施持续性人文关怀后,不仅可以缓解患者及家属的焦虑和抑郁情绪,还可提高患者对艾滋病的知晓率,同时也提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,从而减少护患纠纷。
Objective: To investigate the impact of persistent humanistic care on AIDS patients in ICU. METHODS: A total of 120 ICU AIDS patients admitted to the first infection department from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected. CONCLUSION: During ICU, continuous humane care for AIDS patients and their families not only relieves the anxiety and depression of patients and their families, but also increases their awareness of HIV / AIDS and the care of patients and their families Satisfaction, thereby reducing nurse-patient disputes.
