通过分析双速驱动、调速型液力耦合器和变频驱动三种刮板输送机的启动控制方式,得出三种启动方式的优缺点,双速驱动、调速型液力耦合器一般应用于小功率的刮板输送机,能实现运行时的软启动,对电动机的正常运行起到了一定的保护作用;变频驱动一般应用于大功率重型刮板输送机,能对系统起到很好的保护作用,大大降低启动过程中大电流对电网的影响,启动时消除异物卡链的能力很强,而且在工作过程中还可以节能降耗。这对在实际应用中选择哪种启动方式提供了一定的参考。
