韩国自1990年实施新任教师公开选拔考试以来,历经三次大的变革,形成了当前较为完备的小学教师任用考试制度。韩国小学教师任用考试制度在考试内容的适切性、评价方式的妥当性和考试功能的多样性等方面取得一定成效的同时,也面临着一些难以破解的现实问题,韩国正在探索一系列的改革措施予以积极应对。韩国小学教师任用考试制度在小学教师的资格赋予与认定、考试的内容与评价方式以及发挥考试正确的导向功能等方面,足以促进我国小学教师资格赋予与考试制度的反观和思考。
