一般用于火工品电阻测量的低电阻测量仪采用单向直流测试电流,容易受到定向干扰电势的影响。为排除定向干扰电势对火工品低电阻测量结果的影响,设计了智能低电阻测量仪。采用单片机做控制核心,使用双向直流测试电流分别测量被测电阻在正、反两个测试电流下的阻值,再做平均化处理,研究表明测试结果满足精度要求。
Low-resistance measuring instruments commonly used for measuring the resistance of pyrotechnics use unidirectional direct current test current and are easily influenced by the directional interference potential. In order to eliminate the influence of directional interference potential on the measurement result of low resistance of pyrotechnics, an intelligent low resistance meter was designed. The microcontroller is used as the control core, and the bidirectional DC test current is used to measure the resistance of the tested resistor under positive and negative test currents, respectively, and then averaged. The research shows that the test results meet the requirements of accuracy.
