果树真菌病害对果品生产造成严重危害,长期以来科技工作者们致力于植物抗病机制研究并利用育种方法进行品种改良,以提高果树抗真菌病害能力。现就果树抗病的分子机制、抗真菌病害基因资源的挖掘思路、果树外源遗传物质转化的方法、转基因技术在果树抗真菌病害育种中的应用及存在的问题进行了论述,以期为今后果树抗真菌病害育种研究提供参考。
Fungal diseases of fruit trees cause serious harm to fruit production. For a long time, scientists and scientists devoted themselves to researching the mechanism of plant disease resistance and improved varieties with breeding methods to improve the antifungal ability of fruit trees.
