胶接预处理是航空航天树脂基复合材料胶接中的重要工序,经过预处理的胶接表面性能将直接影响胶接界面的结合强度。研究基于频率为50k Hz的红外脉冲激光处理碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料,通过分析不同参数组合激光清洗微观形貌图,来探究激光功率和扫描速度分别对碳纤维增强复合材料表面形貌的影响。结果表明,当激光输出功率为25.9W,扫描速度为9000mm/s时,表层树脂和污染物被完全清除且碳纤维未被烧损。
Adhesive pretreatment is an important process in the bonding of aerospace resin-based composites. The pretreated adhesive surface properties will directly affect the bonding strength of the adhesive interface. The effects of laser power and scanning velocity on the surface topography of carbon fiber reinforced composites were investigated by analyzing the laser scanning microscopic topography with different parameters based on infrared pulsed laser with frequency of 50k Hz. The results show that when the laser output power of 25.9W, the scanning speed of 9000mm / s, the surface of the resin and contaminants are completely removed and the carbon fiber is not burned.
