Zhang Zhiqiang is a 59-year-old pet fileer with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. From Shanghai in the early 1980s Hong Kong recently remembered crabs, sweet-smelling crab creams, sweet crab meat in the CCTV program “China on the Tongue” ... just listen, enough to make drooling. Speaking of crabs experts, Zhang Mingqiang, the chief executive of Shanghai’s top-end restaurants, is known for his famous line of celebrities (Hong Kong Stock Code: 08246) and is also named “Crab King”. Recently, Zhang Zhiqiang’s popular food show “China on the Tongue” debuted in CCTV to share the experience of eating crabs. The show pushed its name “Zhiqiang Crabs” more strongly.
