利用四氟丙醇的联产物1,1,5-三氢全氟戊醇与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行酯交换反应,合成甲基丙烯酸1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯。通过实验考察了反应时间、催化剂、反应物配料比、阻聚剂等因素对酯交换反应的影响,实验结果表明酯交换的最佳工艺条件为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯与1,1,5-三氢全氟戊醇的比例为2∶1,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为8h,催化剂用量为1,1,5-三氢全氟戊醇质量的2%,阻聚剂吩噻嗪为甲基丙烯酸甲酯质量的2%。产品的收率为73.41%。采用质谱与红外光谱对其结构表征。
The 1,1,5-trihydroperfluoropentyl methacrylate was synthesized by transesterification of 1,1,5-trihydroperfluoropentanol, a co-product of tetrafluoropropanol, and methylmethacrylate. The effects of reaction time, catalyst, reactant ratio and polymerization inhibitor on the transesterification reaction were investigated experimentally. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions of transesterification were as follows: methyl methacrylate and 1,1,5- Trihydrogen perfluoropentanol ratio of 2: 1, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the reaction time was 8h, the amount of catalyst was 1,1,5-trihydroperfluoropentanol alcohol quality 2%, phenothiazine polymerization inhibitor 2% of the mass of methyl methacrylate. The yield of the product is 73.41%. Its structure was characterized by mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy.
