我厂加工冷却器隔板用的几种W18Cr4V高速钢铣刀,原来热处理质量差、变形大、寿命低,一直是生产上的一大问题。为此,我们改用了高频感应加热淬火工艺,提高了铣刀热处理质量,满足了生产需要。铣刀高频热处理采用GP60-CR13-1型设备及自制淬火机床,工件由顶尖固定,可以上下移动和转动,并可无级变速;用单圈感应器,感应器与工件间的间隙为4~5mm;
I plant processing cooler partitions with several W18Cr4V high-speed steel cutter, the original heat treatment of poor quality, deformation, low life expectancy, has been a major issue in production.
