1988年4～12月我院应用长春产 CC—2D—30型关节激光机治疗68例女性外阴疾病,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。一般资料 66例女性外阴疾病中,尖锐湿疣30例(长至阴道及宫颈);真乳头状瘤10例,外阴增生物17例;外阴白色病变1例;宫颈炎症4例;宫颈增生物4例。治疗方法患处消毒后,用0.5%奴佛卡因局部浸润麻醉,调节电压为140 V,将激光头对准病变处尾灼.如蒂粗大可钳夹根部(?)起暴露之,使之易于明视下烧灼,每日一次,第次20分钟。烧灼后1周复查,未彻底可再次烧灼。烧灼后针对病因,全身及局部配合用药。尖锐湿疣可局敷5Fu 棉垫。
From April to December 1988, our hospital applied Changchun CC-2D-30 laser machine to treat 68 cases of female genital diseases and achieved good results. The report is as follows. General information 66 cases of female genital diseases, genital warts in 30 cases (up to the vagina and cervix); true papilloma in 10 cases, vulvar hyperplasia in 17 cases; vulvar white lesions in 1 case; 4 cases of cervical inflammation; 4 cases of cervical hyperplasia . Treatment After the affected area was disinfected, it was anesthetized by local infiltration with 0.5% novocaine and the voltage was adjusted to 140 V. The laser head was aimed at the cauterization of the lesion, Burning light, once a day, the first 20 minutes. Review after 1 week of cauterization, can not be completely burned again. After burning for the cause, systemic and local with medication. Condyloma acuminata apply 5Fu cotton pads.
