环境温湿度的变化及其产生的影响在大体积混凝土结构中是不容忽视的。分析温度场、温度应力场、湿度应力场尤其是结构的整体应力场是工程中非常关注的问题。为此,以某大体积混凝土水闸墙现场监测为基础,仅考虑环境温湿度的影响,用ANSYS依次对该结构的温度场、温度应力场及湿度应力场进行数值模拟,然后将模拟得到的温度应力场与湿度应力场叠加,得到整体应力场。将模拟的总应力与现场检测结果对比,并对模拟结果进行分析和总结,得出一些有价值的结论。通过对应力场的数值模拟,可对大体积混凝土浇筑后裂缝的开展有一定的预见性,对制订温控措施有一定的指导意义。
Environmental temperature and humidity changes and the impact of mass concrete structures in the can not be ignored. Analysis of the temperature field, temperature stress field, humidity stress field, especially the overall structure of the stress field is a project of great concern. Therefore, based on the on-site monitoring of a mass concrete sluice wall, the temperature field, the temperature stress field and the humidity stress field of the structure are numerically simulated with ANSYS only considering the effects of the ambient temperature and humidity. The simulated temperature Stress field and humidity stress field superposition, get the overall stress field. The simulated total stress is compared with the field test results, and the simulation results are analyzed and summarized, and some valuable conclusions are drawn. Through the numerical simulation of the stress field, the prediction of cracks after mass concrete pouring can be forecasted, which is of guiding significance for the formulation of temperature control measures.
