带蒸汽喷射器(TVC)的多效蒸发(MED)耦合系统,在水处理领域广泛应用。本文建立了并流MED-TVC系统的优化设计模型,并通过Lingo软件编程对其进行了求解,结果与多个大型商用装置操作数据对比证明了模型合理性。考虑到模型的通用性以及程序的可维护性,本文所建立的模型不仅能够适用于MED-TVC的等温差设计,而且可以适用于等面积设计。对不同的设计条件进行求解时,无需对模型进行调整,只需要对程序段简单的删改。此外本文还以四效为例,进行了案例分析,以造水比为目标函数对首末效温度,各效传热温差等系统操作变量进行了优化,以确定各效最优操作条件,并与文献进行了对比,由此表明本文所建立的方法对MED-TVC的工业设计具有一定的指导意义。
Multi-effect evaporation (MED) coupling system with steam ejector (TVC) is widely used in the field of water treatment. In this paper, the optimal design model of parallel MED-TVC system is established and solved by Lingo software programming. The result is compared with the operating data of several large-scale commercial units to prove the rationality of the model. Considering the universality of the model and the maintainability of the program, the model established in this paper can not only be applied to the isothermal difference design of MED-TVC, but also to the equal area design. When solving different design conditions, there is no need to adjust the model, only a simple deletion of the block is required. In addition, this article also takes four effects as an example, carries on the case analysis, optimizes the system operating variables such as the initial and final effective temperature, effective heat transfer temperature difference and so on with the water-making ratio as the objective function, in order to determine the optimum operating conditions and Compared with the literature, it shows that the method established in this paper is of guiding significance to the industrial design of MED-TVC.
