分析了影响刚性井筒装备与提升容器相互作用的因素,建立了立井刚性井筒装备与提升容器相互作用模拟试验系统.依据模拟试验结果提出了二者相互作用产生的水平冲击荷载即水平力的四大特性和适用于深及中深立井水平力3参数的计算公式.得出水平力的主要影响因素为提升速度、提升终端荷载和罐梁层间距,水平力冲击作用影响装备结构应力变化范围为5~7层罐梁等主要结论.
The factors influencing the interaction between rigid wellbore equipment and lifting vessel are analyzed, and the simulation test system of interaction between rigid shaft well equipment and lifting vessel is established. Based on the simulation results, the four characteristics of the horizontal impact load and the horizontal force produced by the interaction between the two are put forward, and the calculation formulas for the three parameters of the horizontal force in deep and deep vertical shafts are proposed. The main factors that result in the horizontal force are the speedup, the increase of the terminal load and the spacing of the cantilever and girder, and the impact of the horizontal force on the structural stress of the equipment is in the range of 5 ~ 7 cantilever beams.
