耐蚀合金(CRA)焊缝的特殊材料特性,使得自动超声检测(AUT)对其的检测应用存在较大的困难,为了解决此难题,开发了新的AUT检测工艺,并对其进行了评定与检出率(POD)分析。结果表明:该工艺符合DNV-OS-F101附录E的要求,实现了AUT检测在CRA焊缝中的成功应用。
The special material properties of CRA weld make the automatic ultrasonic testing (AUT) have great difficulty in its detection and application. In order to solve this problem, a new AUT inspection technology has been developed and evaluated And detection rate (POD) analysis. The results show that the process meets the requirements of Appendix E of DNV-OS-F101 and the successful application of AUT test in CRA welding is achieved.
