随着社会发展,对于人才的需求与知识的管理让人们对人力资源管理有了一个新的认识。人力资源管理作为企业管理中愈发重要的管理之一,其角色的多重发展也给了人们思考的机会。人力资源管理角色的发展是顺应了社会的发展,也是社会发展的必然。特别是在复杂的社会形势下人力资源管理角色已经向多层次方面发展,并且对其深入研究有利于企业管理。本文将从多重视角下分析目前人力资源管理角色发展的动因,建立一个三角框架,并对人力资源管理角色未来发展做出展望。
With the development of society, the demand for talent and the management of knowledge have given people a new understanding of human resource management. As one of the most important management in enterprise management, human resource management also gives people the chance to think about the multiple development of their roles. The development of the role of human resource management conforms to the development of society and is also an inevitable result of social development. Especially in complex social situations, the human resource management role has been developed to many levels, and its in-depth study is conducive to business management. This article will analyze the current motivation of the current human resource management role development from multiple perspectives, establish a triangular framework, and make a prospect of the future development of human resource management role.
