本文将向读者介绍一种微波宽带匹配检波器。该器件在0.01~18GHz频率范围内有较低的电压驻波比和平坦的检波灵敏度。检波器采用SMA型或L_6型小同轴接头输入,可广泛用于各种微波测试系统。电路原理在各种微波元器件的设计和制造中,都需要进行性能测试,而在许多测试系统中都离不开匹配检波器。随着微波元器件向高频率、宽频带方向的发展,SMA型和L_6型小同轴系统得到广泛应用。因此,L_(16)(N型)同轴检波器已不能满足电路测试要求了,各种测试系统迫切需要一种与SMA和L_(16)同轴系统相适应的检波器。为此,我们试制了小型宽带匹配波检器。

Circuit Theory In the design and manufacture of various microwave components, performance testing is required, and in many test systems matching detectors are inseparable. With the microwave components to the high-frequency, broadband direction of development, SMA and L_6 small coaxial system is widely used. Therefore, the L_ (16) (N-type) coaxial detector can no longer meet the requirements of the circuit test. Various test systems urgently need a detector suitable for SMA and L_ (16) coaxial systems. To this end, we made a trial of a small broadband matching detector.
