基于视觉传感器的焊缝图像采集与分析

随着传感器性能的不断提高和计算机图像处理技术的不断发展,现代焊接的自动实时控制技术达到了一个更高的水平,利用视觉传感技术获取实时焊缝图像,并利用图像处理技术对焊缝位置进行实时跟踪已经成为现代化焊接设备不可缺少的关键技术。视觉传感技术具有非接触、反映速度快、抗干扰能力强等特点,使其在焊接图像的应用中得到广泛关注。本文首先以CCD摄像机为例介绍了视觉传感器的工作原理以及通过传感器进行焊接图像信息的收集过程,最后重点地针对基于视觉传感的焊缝图像采集过程中可能遇到的干扰问题和焊缝图像特点进行了具体的分析和总结。 With the continuous improvement of sensor performance and the continuous development of computer image processing technology, the automatic real-time control technology of modern welding has reached a higher level.
