研究结果表明健康常人在一般膳食、无重大体力活动条件下,日内BUN 水平随时间推移而逐渐增加(P<0.01),BUN 值与采血时间的相关系数为0.87,回归方程10.99+0.18X=Y,Sy 为0.82。柔道运动员的BUN 水平受训练因素的影响,BUN 的变化幅度可作为评定柔道运动强度和运动量的指标。训练可影响安静值水平,应用该指标时应结合训练阶段进行分析。用晨起值或其它时间的测定值代替训练前静息值会导致巨大误差。常人和运动员BUN 水平均存在性别差异,但其日内变化规律平行一致。
The results showed that under normal diet and no major physical activity, the average daily BUN level increased gradually (P <0.01), the correlation coefficient between BUN value and blood sampling time was 0.87, the regression equation was 10.99 + 0.18X = Y , Sy is 0.82. The BUN level of judo athletes is influenced by training factors, and the variation range of BUN can be used as an index to judge judo exercise intensity and physical activity. Training can affect the level of quiet value, the application of the indicator should be combined with the training phase analysis. Replacing pre-training rest values with morning or other time measurements can result in huge errors. There are gender differences in BUN level between ordinary people and athletes, but their daily variations are in parallel.
