Objective To understand the antibody levels of rubella and mumps in healthy population in Changping District and provide a scientific basis for the control of infectious diseases. Methods Totally 220 blood samples were collected from 10 villages in Changping district and other provinces. The rubella and gungard IgG antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the history and immunization history of rubella and gonorrhea and demography feature. Results The positive rate of rubella antibody in 220 subjects was 75.00%. The positive rate of 110 human antibodies in this city was 74.55% and the positive rate of 110 human antibodies in other provinces was 75.45%. Rubella IgG antibody concentration was 64 IU / ml, of which the highest age group of 1 to 4 years, 124 IU / ml. The lowest positive rate was 3 IU / ml in 0-1 age group. The positive rate of mumps antibody was 80.45%. The positive rate of 110 human antibodies in this city was 80.91%, and the positive rate of 110 human antibodies in other provinces was 80.00%. The mean concentration of IgG in the gudgeon was 436 IU / ml. Among them, the highest in the 20-24 age group was 664 IU / ml, the lowest in the 0-1 age group was 122 IU / ml. Conclusion It is important to control the rubella and mumps by improving the basic immunization rate of the mumps vaccine and completing one dose of booster immunization before children enroll in the school. At the same time, attention should be paid to the immunization of adults, especially women of childbearing age, so as to reduce the occurrence of congenital rubella syndrome.
