采用类似于催化裂化的流态化“反应 再生”工艺技术 ,实现了重油直接裂解制乙烯 ,并兼产丙烯、丁烯和轻质芳烃 (BTX等 ) ,有效地拓宽了乙烯生产原料的选择范围。研制了性能良好的催化剂 ,该催化剂具有活性高 ,选择性好 ,抗碱氮中毒和重金属污染能力强 ,水热稳定性和抗热冲击性能优良的特点。评价试验结果表明 ,典型石蜡基常压渣油在优化的工艺条件下 ,单程裂解的乙烯质量产率可达 2 6% ,C2 ~C4 总烯烃质量产率超过 50 %。经济评价结果表明 ,该工艺与石脑油管式炉裂解工艺相比 ,可使乙烯成本降低约 2 5%。
Using the fluidized “reaction and regeneration” process technology similar to catalytic cracking, the direct cracking of heavy oil to ethylene and the co-production of propylene, butylene and light aromatic hydrocarbons (BTX etc.) are realized, which effectively broadens the selection range of ethylene production raw materials . A good performance catalyst was developed. The catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, good selectivity, strong resistance to alkali nitrogen and heavy metal pollution, excellent hydrothermal stability and thermal shock resistance. The results of the evaluation test show that under the optimized process conditions, the yield of ethylene in one-pass cracking can reach 26% and the mass yield of C2-C4 total olefin in excess of 50%. Economic evaluation results show that the process can reduce the cost of ethylene by about 25% when compared with naphtha tube furnace cracking process.
