Bilingual teaching is of great significance to the development of management specialty and the future employment of students in newly-built undergraduate colleges. This paper studies the characteristics of the management specialty of applied undergraduate colleges, the predicament of bilingual teaching and the measures for its improvement so as to give some enlightenment to the teaching reform practice.
