[目的]研究甘蓝雄性不育系PM、QM及其保持系PF、QF的开花结实特性。[方法]以甘蓝雄性不育系PM、QM及其保持系PF、QF作为材料,从其物候期、枝干数量及形态、开花结实方面进行调查比较。[结果]甘蓝雄性不育系与保持系的物候期基本一致,能与之配套。不育系与保持系在枝干数量及形态、花器官结构形态方面均表现出差异明显的特点,不育系表现出来了雄性不育的特点,结实情况良好。[结论]PM、QM可作为甘蓝雄性不育育种的新材料。该研究可为人工合成保持系或者合理利用雄性不育系提供理论基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the flowering and fruiting characteristics of PM, QM and its maintainer lines PF and QF in male sterile cabbage. [Method] With PM, QM and their maintainer lines PF and QF as male sterile lines in cabbage, the phenological period, branch number and shape, flowering and fruiting were investigated and compared. [Result] The phenological period of male sterile lines and maintainer lines of cabbage was basically the same, which could be matched with it. Male sterile lines and maintainer lines showed obvious differences in the number and shape of branches, morphological structure of flower organs, and male sterility lines showed the characteristics of male sterility with good fruiting. [Conclusion] PM and QM could be used as new materials for male sterile breeding in cabbage. This study can provide a theoretical basis for artificial maintainer lines or rational utilization of male sterile lines.
