一位百岁老人在总结自己的养生经验时有两点体会:一是动而不过,二是缓而不止。这两点,确是养生中的有益经验。“动而不过”是说老人健身一定要适度,运动量不要太大,以防伤身;“缓而不止”则强调健身动作要舒缓有度,持之以恒。如此,养生才可奥妙尽显,效果最佳。下面这些小动作,若能长期坚持,定会换来大健康。
A centenarian summed up his own experience in health when there are two things: First, but the move, the second is more than ease. These two points are really good health experiences. “Moving but ” is that the elderly fitness must be moderate, not excessive exercise to prevent injury; “more than ” emphasize the exercise to be soothing, perseverance. In this way, health can be mysteriously filled, the best. Following these tricks, if long-term adherence, will be in exchange for great health.
