彩色制版设备DFS-1电子分色机中的扫描透射滚筒(图1)是有机玻璃材质的光学部件。在研制过程中由于国内外有关资料颇少,走了不少弯路。我们经反复试验,在M131W磨床上通过附加简易工装,解决了精加工工艺中的难点。经中国科学院印刷技术研究所等单位鉴定;零件透光度、光洁度和精度均符合设计要求,达到国外同类产品的水平。现介绍精加工磨研工艺如下:
