基于Deform-3D有限元分析软件,对无缝钢管空拉拔过程进行数值模拟,获得了各场量的分布。研究了金属的变形过程,等效应力-应变,速度的分布特点,进而分析了产生横裂、纵裂等实际问题的机理及其影响因素,为优化模具结构和进行空拔钢管工艺设计提供依据。
Based on Deform-3D finite element analysis software, the empty drawing process of seamless steel tube was numerically simulated and the distribution of each field was obtained. The deformation process of metal, the distribution characteristics of equivalent stress-strain and velocity are studied. Then the mechanism and influencing factors of practical problems such as transverse cracking and longitudinal cracking are analyzed, which provide the basis for the optimization of the die structure and the design of the drawing process .
