为提高运输机重症监护床在振动环境下的可靠性,采用CATIA几何建模和Abaqus有限元分析软件,建立重症监护床有限元仿真模型。通过计算得到其固有振动频率及振型。依据设计要求施加运输机的环境振动载荷谱,计算并选出其中振动较为剧烈的点,并分析其振动规律,结果为运输机重症监护床的设计提供有价值的参考。
In order to improve the reliability of transportation intensive care bed in vibration environment, finite element simulation model of intensive care bed was established by using CATIA geometric modeling and Abaqus finite element analysis software. By calculating the natural frequency and vibration mode. According to the design requirements, the environment vibration load spectrum of the transport aircraft is applied to calculate and select the point where the vibration is more intense and to analyze the vibration law. The results provide valuable reference for the design of the transport intensive care bed.
