近日,记者沿着南宁市、北海市、钦州市、防城港市一线走进“九大精神文明区域连片创建活动”之一的“环北部湾文明示范带”采访,在怡人的自然风光中感受到一股文明的春风正在激荡北部湾这片热土——南宁市朝着创建全国文明城市的目标大步迈进；北海市倾力打造北部湾海疆文明示范带；钦州市从党建入手,以点带面加强文明建设；防城港市提出边海文明示范带创建工程,这颗“边陲明珠”正焕发出迷人的色彩……一条富裕、生态、平安的边海文明示范带正在日趋形成。
