目的 观察基底外侧杏仁核 (BLA)内注射吗啡和纳络酮对大鼠睡眠的影响。方法 多导睡眠描记术和杏仁核微量注射。结果 BLA注射吗啡可增加觉醒 ,减少慢波睡眠和总睡眠时间 ,而阿片受体阻断剂纳络酮引起的作用则与之相反 ,并可完全阻断吗啡的作用。结论 BLA应用外源性阿片受体激动剂抑制慢波睡眠 ,而阻断内源性阿片受体活动可促进慢波睡眠。
Objective To observe the effect of morphine and naloxone injected into the basolateral amygdala (BLA) on the sleep of rats. Methods Polysomnography and amygdala microinjection were performed. Results BLA injection of morphine increased wakefulness, reduced slow wave sleep and total sleep time, whereas opioid receptor antagonist naloxone caused the opposite effect and completely blocked the morphine effect. CONCLUSIONS: Exogenous opioid receptor agonist inhibits slow wave sleep in BLA, while blockade of endogenous opioid receptor activity promotes slow wave sleep.
