新疆加工番茄种植生产已实现规模化、产业化,但番茄采后损耗较严重。该研究对新疆加工番茄采后损耗问题进行调查分析,得出除国际行情波动影响外,一方面是种植品种单一使得番茄集中成熟,导致过剩番茄采后损耗严重;另一方面是番茄生产过程缺乏有效的组织管理,导致番茄交售排长队、运输超高装载等问题,使得番茄采后损耗加巨。并提出番茄品种选育与均衡搭配种植,减缓番茄集中成熟是番茄采后减损的基础;其次是加强番茄种植与生产的组织管理,生产与加工结合起来,使番茄采收、运输与交售有序进行。
