对摇臂壳体进行瞬态动力响应分析,可以得出摇臂壳体的相关动力学特性,建立基于NX.NASTRAN的采煤机截割部摇臂瞬态动力学模型。在对摇臂壳体进行模态分析的基础上,提取采煤机截割电机的截割电流,计算出一段时间内摇臂滚筒所受的截割阻力、侧向力和牵引阻力,并将这些力当作动载荷施加在滚筒的轴线上,通过瞬态动力响应分析,得出了摇臂在动载荷作用下摇臂壳体各关键部位的应力应变信息,以确认摇臂壳体在动载荷作用下的强度是否满足设计要求。
The transient dynamic response analysis of the rocker arm shell can be used to derive the relevant dynamic characteristics of the rocker arm shell and establish the transient dynamics model of the rocker arm of the shearer’s cutting part based on NX.NASTRAN.
