现场工况往往是复杂的、有差异的,而检定场景通常是理想化。检定规程编修中如果过于理想化,以便于量值溯源的可靠,往往会偏离了现实。以致溯源很理想,实际生产中却难以根据检定结果对测量数据可靠性进行量化,使量值传递失去意义。
Field conditions are often complex and differentiated, and verification scenarios are often idealized. If the test procedures are too idealistic in editing, in order to trace the reliability of the value, often deviate from the reality. So that the traceability is ideal. However, it is difficult to quantify the reliability of the measurement data according to the verification result in the actual production, so that the value transfer lacks meaning.
