目的:研究小叶榕的化学成分。方法:采用了各种层析分析分离技术进行分离纯化,经理化常数和光谱解析确定结构。结果:从小叶榕中分离得到了8种化合物,分别鉴定为:β-香树酯酮(Ⅰ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅱ)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(Ⅲ)、马斯里酸(Ⅳ)、表木栓醇(Ⅴ)、十八烷酸(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of leafhopper. Methods: A variety of chromatographic separation techniques were used for separation and purification, and the constants of the managerial constants and spectra were used to determine the structure. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from leafhoppers and identified as: β-galanthosterone (I), lupeolol (II), lupeol acetate (III), and masric acid (IV). , Epicatechin (V), octadecanoic acid (VI), β-sitosterol (VII), and carotenoid (VIII). Conclusion: Compounds I, II and VI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
