重楼总皂甙350 mg/kg/kg灌服及10mg/kg、5mg/kg腹腔注射均能明显抑制H_(22)瘤细胞的生长;350mg/kg灌服使H_(22)动物肿瘤的倍增时间延长约2天,连续给药后4天作用达高峰,抑瘤比为2.14;5mg/kg腹腔注射能干扰~3H-TdR、~3H-UR掺入H_(22)瘤细胞形成DNA、RNA,同时还能干扰荷瘤小鼠脾组织DNA、RNA的生物合成;体外实验也表明:重楼总皂甙能抑制H_(22)瘤细胞DNA、RNA的生物合成。
Total saponin 350 mg/kg/kg and intraperitoneal injections of 10 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg significantly inhibited the growth of H_(22) tumor cells; the doubling time of H_(22) tumors was increased by 350 mg/kg orally. After prolonged for about 2 days, the effect peaked at 4 days after continuous administration, and the tumor inhibition ratio was 2.14; 5 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection could interfere with ~3H-TdR, ~3H-UR incorporation into H_(22) tumor cells to form DNA and RNA. At the same time can also interfere with tumor-bearing mouse spleen DNA, RNA biosynthesis; in vitro experiments also showed that: Total saponins can inhibit the H_ (22) tumor cells DNA, RNA biosynthesis.
