在工业环境中,热成像可用于寻找导致电气和机械装置故障的热区所在。定期使用热像仪检测变电站及配电柜设备。及早检测异常状况,可避免生产安全,在有隐患时及时发现,及时为维修提供依据,防止事故发生,从而有效的节省大笔开支。由于对电力设备热谱图及缺陷的分析尚处于积累资料阶段,故对电力设备的缺陷定性需结合其它检测手段共同分析、判断。并结合实际需要,研发了一套红外检测运维交互分析系统。
