分层合作教学属于差异教学范畴,是根据学生的智力、心理、潜能、学习基础等状况进行综合分析,将学生分成不同层次,并确定不同层次的教学目标,教师在教学中依据各层次学生的接受程度,进行有针对性的设疑、讲解、训练、辅导、评价及动态管理的教学方法。
The layered cooperative teaching belongs to the category of difference teaching. It is based on the students’ intelligence, psychology, potential, and learning basics to carry out a comprehensive analysis. The students are divided into different levels and determine the teaching objectives at different levels. Teachers in teaching are based on students of all levels. Responsibility, targeted teaching methods such as questioning, explanation, training, counseling, evaluation, and dynamic management.
