项穆,明万历年间书法家,其著作《书法雅言》是针对当时书坛和宣扬传统审美观念的结果,具有鲜明的时代性。此书是晚明时期比较系统的书法论著,思想体系完整明确,观点清晰明确。从古典传统的哲学思想出发,抓住了书法社会公用性的特质,又对其“中和美”美学思想有深刻的理解,全面阐述了传统的书法审美思想,又展示了他作为书法家和书法评论者深厚的艺术修养。本文采用综述的方式,主要从书学和美学两大方面阐述项穆《书法雅言》的书法理念。初探书法审美理念的形成原因,再探对书法的品鉴和实践,最后阐述了研究的项穆书法价值和意义。
Xiang Mu, Ming Wanli calligrapher, his book “Calligraphy Ya-yan” is the result of the calligraphy and the promotion of traditional aesthetic concepts, with a distinct era.
