幼儿园“保教合一”工作行动范式的研究是用“以人为本”的教育理念作指导,在管理工作过程中,以培养具有“保教合一”一专多能研究型的教师人才和保育人才为根本,进行宏观和微观统一的计划、评估、调控,以促进幼儿园“保教合一”工作更好运行的一种实践操作型研究。行动范式的实践研究有助于教师和保育员“保教合一”工作更具操作性,并将“保教合一”工作能从理论研究真正落实到教育实际中。
