目前铝合金中低含量硼大多采用比色法测定,但比色法对于测高含量硼误差大,速度慢,无法满足新合金的研制、生产的需要.本试验采用化学的酸碱中和法作为最终分析铝合金中的高含量硼,用光电光谱控制生产.经过反复试验,找到了一个比较理想的试验条件,满足了铝钛硼中高硼含量分析的精度和速度的要求.现将其试验要点叙述如下:
