本文利用沈阳市区近百年气象资料、沈阳地区7个常规气象台站49a风速资料以及沈阳北部地区10个加密测风站资料,分析论述了风能时空演变规律与特点,风速与海拔高度、发电量的密切关系等。在认真总结十几年来康平、法库两县风力发电工作实践经验的基础上,从多方面论述了沈阳地区风能资源的优势和不利因素、开发利用现状、风电场规划目标和预期经济效益、面临的问题及应对措施。结果表明:沈阳北部的康平、法库两县为沈阳市乃至辽宁省风能资源丰富区;区域内海拔130m以上的低山丘陵,经前期测风,轮毂高度年平均风速在6.0m/s以上,具有开发大型风电场的可行性;在开阔的丘陵山地,高度每增高10m,风速将增加0.3m/s,因此在设计制作风机时应根据风电场所在地的海拔高度,适当加高机身并增大单机发电量,以期充分利用沈阳地区有限的风能资源。
