长期来,动物实验研究显示植物神经系统在洋地黄的心脏效应中起有重要作用。近年对人体心脏移植的研究显示,几项洋地黄的主要电生理作用可因切除神经而全部消失,提示洋地黄的“间接”神经性作用可能较“直接”心脏作用更为重要,这个发现,对于指导今后的临床治疗及研究方向具有重要意义。
