It is widely assumed that there must be a dazzling growth in the emerging figures of World War II, and that it is doomed to be successful in the military from the very beginning, but the opposite is true. The recent public records and personal records of MacArthur, Eisenhower and General Patton illustrate the theme that the success of military leaders in their future careers depends largely on their inherent quality. In fact, the most successful military conductors in the United States often clashed with their superiors during their military career, encountering many twists and turns and obstacles. That’s right for Eisenhower, MacArthur, and Barton. Valuable is that they did not disappoint or abandon their pursuit of pessimism. They showed tenacious perseverance and overcame their difficulties until they succeeded. The various adversities they encounter and the solutions they face in facing difficulties undoubtedly inspire future generations who aspire to be successful in their careers.
