文章探讨了一种新型的高效率、高精度的渐开线齿轮加工系统,能加工较多的模数,可实现圆周进给和径向进给的精确数字控制。机床的调整采用控制面板上的按钮,加工时通过人机界面来输入加工数据,发出各种操作命令。数控系统采用可编程控制器,使齿轮加工可靠性显著提高,有效降低成本低,且适合现场加工要求。在径向进给时,齿轮加工系统通过编程采用了径向递减切入的螺旋进给方式,使得圆周进给速度保持不变,径向进给速度随着切齿的深入而均匀递减,力求使机床基本保持恒力切削状态,既有利于保证机床精度,又可提高刀具的使用寿命。
In this paper, a new type of high efficiency and high precision involute gear machining system is discussed, which can process more modulus and realize precise digital control of circumferential feed and radial feed.
