目的 :探讨金菊花总提物、总黄酮提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计法。结果 :浸膏最佳提取工艺为A3 B3 C1,即 6 0 %乙醇 5倍量回流 2小时 ,共提取 2次 ;总黄酮最佳提取工艺为A3 B3 C2 ,即 6 0 %乙醇 5倍量加流 1小时 ,共提取 2次。考察结果显示 :按A3 B3 C1浸膏得率可达 47 81% ,按A3 B3 C2 总黄酮溶出量可达 4 37%。结论 :乙醇浓度和回流时间对浸膏得率及总黄酮溶出量有较大影响 ,应加以控制。
Objective: To investigate the extraction technology of total extracts and total flavonoids from Golden Chrysanthemum. Method : Orthogonal design method.
