目的观察精神分裂症患者应用抗精神病药物后甲襞微循环的改变,从而探讨精神分裂症患者甲襞微循环障碍与应用抗精神病药物是否有密切关系。方法应用WX—9C型台式多部位微循环显微仪及计算机图像分析系统,按照田牛教授1984年提出的甲襞微循环规模化综合定量评价方法,对分别应用氯丙嗪、氯氮平的两组精神分裂症患者观察甲襞微循环的改变并进行对照。结果应用氯丙嗪组形态积分、管周积分、流态积分、总积分均高于氯氟平组。并且氯丙嗪组管襻数、输入校、输出枝、襻顶、襻长测量值均高于氯氮平组。提示抗精神病药物对甲襞微循环有一定作用及影响。
